SERVICE REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUMS FOR MOVING LABOR.
 
The rates for this service are for typical moving labor and do not include items weighing over 200 pounds. Additional fees may apply.

 
This service requires that you, "the client" provide the truck or method of transportation of your home goods, if you are moving between locations.


Here are the minimums for your area. If you don't see your specific area, look at the area closest to you, and that will be your minimum.

Two-hour minimum in the following areas:
Solano County, Napa County/American Canyon, Richmond, Albany, Berkeley, Emeryville, Oakland, Lafayette, Concord, Walnut Creek, Pinole, Hercules.
 
Three-hour min in the following areas:

Marin, San Rafael, Sausalito, Pittsburgh/Antioch, Brentwood/Oakley, S, Daly City, Pacifica, San Francisco, Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore, Danville, San Ramon, Hayward, San Leandro, Alameda city, Orinda, Moraga.

Four hour minimum for the following areas:
Sacramento County, Davis, Dixon, San Jose/Santa Clara County, San Mateo County.



BOOKING POLICY/ 20% BOOKING DEPOSIT

All Moving labor services require an appointment booking deposit.
 
If you book over the phone via live assistant, or in person with a service provider, you will receive an invoice with the 20% deposit amount via email.

The 20% booking fee is due immediately and payable online. You will have up to 24 hours to pay this deposit once receiving your invoice via email. If the deposit is not received within the 24 hours, your appointment will be canceled automatically and that slot may no longer be available.

All booking deposits will be put towards final payment and are nonrefundable. Be sure that you have a full understanding of the services you are scheduling before you book. A live associate can be reached at 888.617.1116 to answer any questions you may have.


We do not guarantee availability if you need to reschedule as slots can be limited.  If we cannot provide you with a new appointment, your deposit can be used as a credit for one of our other services and redeemable for up to 3 months.

If you have paid in full online and you cancel services, your credit or debit card will be credited for the full amount, minus the credit card fee and booking deposit.
