How it works
 
BOOKING POLICY/ 20% (50% for new customers)

All Moving labor services require an appointment booking deposit.
 
Whether you book over the phone with 
live assistant, or in person with a service provider, you will receive an invoice with the 20% deposit amount via email.

The 20% booking fee is due immediately and payable online. You will have up to 24 hours to pay this deposit once receiving your invoice via email.

If the deposit is not received within the 24 hours, your appointment will be canceled automatically and that slot may no longer be available.

All booking deposits will be put towards final payment and are nonrefundable. Be sure that you have a full understanding of the services you are scheduling before you book. A live associate can be reached at 888.617.1116 to answer any questions you may have.

We do not guarantee availability if you need to reschedule as slots can be limited.  If we cannot provide you with a new appointment, your deposit can be used as a credit for one of our other services and redeemable for up to 3 months.


One cancellation/reschedule permitted every 6 months. 48 hours notice of cancellation is needed to redeem services for up to 3 months. If you need to reschedule, call us at least 48 hours ahead of time.

Any cancellations not made within 48 hours will be considered a no-show. No shows will be charged at deposit amount, for services. No show fees are non-refundable and not redeemable for services in the future.

If you have paid in full online and you cancel services with at least 48 hours notice, your credit or debit card will be credited for the full amount, minus the $5 credit card fee and booking deposit or no-show fee.
